Cancellation Policy
‍We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a $200 charge. This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and offer availability to other patients on our waitlist.

‍Late Policy
‍We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a $50 fee will be charged. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
