What is filler dissolver?

Filler dissolver is an injectable enzyme called hyaluronidase. It is used to safely break down and dissolve hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers that are no longer wanted or need correction.

What types of filler can be dissolved?

Hyaluronidase only works on hyaluronic acid–based fillers (such as lip fillers or cheek fillers). It will not dissolve permanent fillers or non-HA products.

Does dissolving filler hurt?

Most patients describe mild to moderate discomfort. A numbing cream or local anaesthetic can be used to make the procedure more comfortable.
